GROUND FLOOR - Entrance

KITCHEN: This stylish kitchen with quartz work tops has a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is a Nespresso coffee machine if you wish to bring your own pods.

There is a ground floor loo situated just off the kitchen.

LIVING ROOM: Decorated to a high standard and flooded with natural light. The floor has a glass panel providing light to the bathroom below. There is seating and a double sofabed for a further 2 guests and a flatscreen TV with free view and Netflix for use with your own account. The dining table can sit up to 9.

BEDROOM 3: Has its own private access to a balcony over looking the courtyard. It offers a super king size or can be setup as twin beds

DOWNSTAIRS

BEDS: There are 2 twin bedrooms (which can also be arranged as a super king beds), 1 is located on the ground floor and the other downstairs. There is 1 double bedroom, also downstairs, with ensuite and In the hallway between the two bedrooms is a pretty daybed which can sleep a further guest. A double sofabed for 2 more guests is on the ground floor in the living room.

BEDROOM: 1 has a double size bed and a shower ensuite. This bedroom has private access to the lovely courtyard. The bedroom has natural light from the courtyard window.

BEDROOM 2: Also has its own private access to the courtyard. It offers a super king size (or can be setup as twin beds). This bedroom has an original fireplace which is for decorative purposes only. This bedroom has private access to the bathroom.

OUTSIDE: This lovely apartment is very fortunate to benefit form a private courtyard for alfresco dining during thoses balmy summer evenings!

CHILDREN: This apartment is suitable for children and there is a travel cot on request.

We provide linen, soft towels and a few essentials like milk, tea, coffee and cookies for your arrival so you can truly relax into your weekend.

In the very heart of the city, “Ceres” of 4 Monmouth Place, is our beautiful duplex apartment in the perfect location for exploring the whole of Bath on foot.

This split level stunning central apartment is bright and spacious and packed with superb design features including a ‘Little Greene’ colour pallet, glass floors, and balconies both inside and out. This unique apartment is a hidden gem offering a generously proportioned living space with an open plan living and dining room with two sofas, an arm chair and a dining room table that comfortably seats 8 people.

Tourist attractions such as the Royal Crescent, the Jane Austin Museum, The Circle, the Roman Baths/Pump Room and, local restaurants and bars are all a short walk away. There are 2 large twin bedrooms, both with ensuites (one with a bath!) 1 double bedroom, one single day sofa bed, and a double sofa bed allowing up to nine guests, plenty of space to spread out under one roof!

High-season - from £170 Per Night

RATES: Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay, but always include all taxes and utilities. Special rates apply for Christmas and New Year. There is a two night minimum stay with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends
